A person reads these, not a ticket queue. We answer in English, usually the same day, always within one business day.

What we are actually useful for

• Which size to take. Send his weight and his chest measurement and we will tell you which one. This is the question we get most and the one worth asking before you order rather than after.
• Where your order is. Send your order number.
• It did not work out. Thirty days from the day it arrives, and you do not need to send the product back. Just tell us.

What we cannot help with

We are not veterinarians. We cannot tell you whether your dog is ready to use stairs, when he can start bearing weight, or whether something about his recovery is going wrong. Those are questions for the vet who did the procedure, and their instructions beat anything we would say.

What we can be exact about is our own product: where the weight sits, where his legs go, and which size fits him.
