Shipping and returns

Everything below is what actually happens, not a best case.

What it costs

Nothing. Free shipping to any address in the United States, on every order, with no minimum. We do not ship outside the US yet.

How long it takes

Two separate stretches, and it helps to think of them separately.

1 to 3 business days for the order to leave the warehouse. This is us and our fulfilment partner picking, packing and handing it to the carrier.
5 to 11 days in transit after that.

So plan on somewhere between six days and two weeks from the moment you order. Orders placed on a weekend start counting on Monday.

Why it is a range and not a date

We work with fulfilment partners and your order may leave from one of several warehouses, whichever one has your size. Which warehouse it leaves from, and which carrier picks it up, is what moves the arrival date inside that window. We would rather show you the honest range than a single date we cannot promise.

If his surgery is still ahead of you

Order now rather than later. Vets recommend fitting a support device and practising with your dog before the procedure, while he is still standing normally. It is easier on both of you than learning it the day he comes home.

If he is already home and you need something today

A folded bath towel under his belly will get you through the first few days. It is not comfortable for either of you and it does not free your hands, but it works, and we would rather tell you that than have you wait on us with no plan.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. If it has been more than three business days and you have not seen one, write to us.

If it has not arrived

Write to hello@alongpaws.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier, and if it does not turn up we refund you.

Returns

Thirty days from the day it arrives, and you do not need to send the product back. The full terms are in our refund policy and the short version is on the guarantee page.
